Very funny and well animated, no problem there.
I thought it was a joke about political correctness at first, until the racist line : "sometimes MY people embarrass me". If "MY people" refers to black people in the cartoon or in general, it's as racist as it gets. Shame.

That was just a guy trying to comfort his good friend with reassurance. This dialogue actually happened to me a couple times in my life. And I feel embarrassed for my Spanish race sometimes too. So stuff it.

I wish cartoons had been like that when I was little : traumatic.
A shark and a red panda in love ... from laughter to tears, this cartoon has taken me through a whole range of emotions in about 40 seconds : that's quite a feat !

I have voted 0/5 on this submission just like all the others of the same kind since I strongly suspected them to be some sort of Family guy rip off products.

Appalling

Never mind the spelling and layout problems (next page button behind the anim ... etc).
This tutorial actually teaches people how NOT to be creative.
I'd rather see some creative shit than the same old copy-paste animations using somebody else's "art".
By the way, a walking body doesn't bounce up and down like in the Madness animations. So your advice can't even be used on other animations, which makes this tutorial at best extremely restrictive.

... for a Madness tribute when it comes to graphics. I'm growing ever so tired of all these Madness copy-paste so that would normally be a 0 or a 1 to me.
However there is some character in the graphics and the animation is neat, hence the score.
You should definitely put your talent to better use.
